Using ConvertXtoDVD For a complete guide on how to use ConvertXtoDVD in creating your own DVD movie click here. Step 1: You can fix the time interval in order for the program to automatically set markers or breakpoints, and create chapters depending on the length of your video file. For instance, you can set the program to create chapters every five minutes, hence, if you have a 30-minute video file then ConvertXtoDVD will automatically generate six chapters. To set a fix time interval, open CovertXtoDVD and click on “Settings” from the top menu to select chapters. In the “Settings” window under the “Chapters” tab, make sure to check the box for “Create Chapter Every” and specify the time in min:sec format.
