You can't burn iTunes to DVD directly since iTunes isn’t built for such purpose. For that you need a DVD burning software to burn iTunes media into a DVD. You don’t even have to use iTunes in burning your downloaded videos to DVD, apart from keeping track of which video files you want transferred to DVD.
