Dual Layer DVD Burning |

Dual layer DVD technology or DVD9 is not new. In fact, it has been stirring out foremost motion pictures on marked dual layer DVD Discs for years. Since dual layer technology has always been part of the DVD qualifications, dual layer recording on the desktop is the natural progression of single layer 4.7GB recordable technology.

How Are Dual Layer Discs Recorded?
Composed by one polycarbonate platter replica base and a single organic recording layer, a single-sided dual layer recordable disc includes two organic dye recording layers. It is sandwiched between dual polycarbonate bases and semi-reflective metal layers divided by a visible spacing layer. The Recordable DVD Format Debate and Dual Layer
