One-Minute DVD Burning E-mail
There is a new DVD writable format being developed today.  It functions using a principal akin to the one used in the fabrication of commercially pressed DVDs but is much faster in creating DVDs.  It can create DVDs in seconds.

The format functions in an entirely diverse way from what we know, although it is suitable with both - & + DVD writable media.  The entire process takes about ten seconds and it is completed in just one step.

Shaped and sized as a DVD disc, the drive’s memory pad is enclosed in minute lasers which transmit data to the DVD blank.

The process is distinctive since the entire disc image is loaded into the memory pad before burning.  Identical to a single layer DV disc, this memory pad has the capacity of 4.7 gigs. Depending on how speedy your hard drive is, the loading time takes only a little of your time.

The image is loaded onto the pad and then the blank is inserted.  The burn operation is chosen.  The data is saved in a spherical spiral format, however it is stored in a mirror format of the original disc.  The pad is pressed and after the calibration and focus, the lasers start their burn in a twisting sequence turned on and off at an extremely soaring rate.

Millions of lasers burn directly as the burn commences, consuming ten seconds to complete the burn.  This is performed without the disc spinning in the drive.  The completed disc is then ejected after ten to fifteen minutes of cooling down period.  However, the estimated times differ from disc to disc yet the entire burn process will take less then a minute.  The process can be repetitive in quick time.

This drive is anticipated to be suited with DVD-R and DVD+R formats.  No extraordinary media needed.  However it is tentative as to whether Dual Layer (DL) can be integrated but possibly can be.  Most probably the second layer can be burnt after the first by modifying the lasers on the focus.

These kinds of burners are only to write and not to integrate the circuitry or laser construction to be capable of reading the media.  A modest price to pay for a high-level speed burning.

The minimal but climaxing power consumption point is 100 watts during the ten seconds process.  A good secured power source will be needed.

This is indeed a significant breakthrough.
